I am working on it…
I planned on blogging tonight but had to finish legal homework from the Trust Attorney.I met with her today to respond to some trial stuff coming up next week.
We began the eviction process with my brother…WHAT? HE IS STILL LIVING AT MOM’S HOUSE (it has been a year) FOR FREE AND MAD CAUSE I TURNED THE UTILITIES OFF AND IS NOW SUING ME FOR NEGLIGENCE? WHAT? NO WAY!
Yes.
Yes way.
So, met with counsel and she gave me homework, which I have mostly done and now I just have a head ache.
Yeah, that is how I feel. Screwed.
I am thinking of a blog with lots of pictures and great hilarity and I look forward to sharing it with you all.
But, not tonite.I have, however, found the Holy Grail.
Oh my dog. Midnight Cookies and Cream. It is not just my new porn name. It is what will get me through this night.
So, I am going to read a book. With ice cream smudged on my face…shhhh…Kisses!

omg — I’m just beginning to navigate the trust process — and I’m SO glad my mother was able to sell the house before she died so I wouldn’t have to deal with her grandchildren in this same sort of issue. Enjoy the ice cream!!!

ryc, I haven’t ice skated yet but I used to be a pretty good roller skater so I think I would do OK on the ice.
